Service Leader - Purwokerto - Asus Global Pte.Ltd
Responsibilities

•Responsible for one of ASUS service center (Management, Finance, Logistic, and Technical)
•Support service partner on surrounding area when necessary
•Lead and coach a group of customer service, engineer, and logistic team
•Solve any critical customer problem and complain
•Responsible for service operation and management
•Co-work with channel sales representative

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
Good leadership skill and ability to lead a small team.
Able to manage employees in team.
Good analytical and interpersonal skill and customer satisfaction oriented attitude.
Have knowledge in computer hardware/software.
Ready to work hard and under pressure.
Understanding Chinese would be an advantage
